How to Take LGD 4033 Sublingually For Maximum Absorption Rates

LGD 4033 is a popular sarm used by athletes who want to add muscle mass to their frame. It comes in many forms, including pills, capsules, liquids, and transdermal solutions.

In this article, you will learn how to take LGD 4033 sublingually to achieve maximum absorption rates.

First, figure out what concentration your LGD 4033 is. This is usually listed on the bottle as mg/ml (milligrams per milliliter).

Desired dose = 10mg per day

Concentration = 10mg per 1ml

Result: 1ml per day.

Let’s say you wanted to take 15mg per day instead of 10mg per day. It’s basic math. Instead of 1ml, you would take 1.5ml per day. If you wanted to take 7mg per day, you would use 0.7ml of liquid.

1. Start by placing a small tray on your scale. If you don’t have a milligram scale, you can find them on Amazon. Most milligram scales come with a small tray to weigh things on.
2. Tare your scale so it reads 0mg, and give it a second to confirm that it is set to 0.
3. Using your milligram spoon, scoop out a little bit from the bag. Lightly tap the powder out from your spoon and into the tray. 
4. Continue tapping out little by little until your scale reads the desired amount.
5. Congrats, you have successfully measured out your LGD 4033 dose.

Now comes the problem. You have 10mg of powder on a tray but no way to consume it. If you tip it into your mouth, half of it will stay stuck on the tray. And there’s no way you’re going to be able to pour it into a capsule. So what do you do?

Lick the spoon!

It sounds crazy because it is crazy. Why are you buying raw powders? You should have thought this through more. Licking the tray will allow you to get all of the powder in your mouth while keeping the waste down.

Once you lick it off, wash it down with juice, then go wash the spoon. Let it dry and do it again tomorrow.
