Andarine

Andarine (S4), also known as GTx-007, is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) developed by GTx, Inc. for the treatment of muscle wasting, osteoporosis, and benign prostatic hypertrophy [3]. It is also commonly used as a doping substance in sports [5]. In human dermal fibroblasts, andarine has been found to inhibit UVB-induced Smad7 protein expression and elevate total collagen content [2]. Andarine has also been found to inhibit growth, migration, and proliferation while inducing apoptosis in lung cancer cells [6].
