BEWARE — SWISSCHEMS IS A THIEVING SCAM! My story: after a couple of minor orders, I was enticed into making a larger $800 + purchase for peptides with a significant discount, which Swisschems purportedly extended for Black Friday with aggressive email advertising on a daily basis. When weeks later my order still wasn’t fulfilled, I inquired about the status and was told my order was canceled for a supposed lack of payment. Swisschems avers that one can pay by credit card, except it allegedly never goes through and is always followed up by a phone call to guide the customer through direct Zelle payment (that is, without recourse), and they always use different accounts stemming from the “Snappy Group of Companies”. When I provided proof payment was made via Zelle/Snappy, I was initially told the order would be processed. But 2 months and many phone calls later, there is no sign of the products I paid for and the salesperson keeps repeating that “the matter is escalated, give us 24 to 48 hours”. Nothing happens. No response to my demands for reimbursement. I have filed a complaint and decided to share this so that people can be spared the headaches and financial losses that comes with doing business with these crooks.

Pld order for HCG in September, 0 cust service or email response. Just showed up in mail a week later. Seemed to work well. Just pld another order for phenibut/hcg, e-mail said order received but again, no customer service whatsoever. Can’t reach anyone phone or email, so we’ll see if it shows up in the mail?

Within the last week their support has become completely unresponsive. After placing my most recent order, they accepted payment and acknowledged that the order was complete. A week later I checked and they canceled the order and do not respond via any of their support channels.

Made a decently large order from Swiss Chems – snagged some RAD-150, SR-9011, MK-677, and Enclomiphene for my research efforts. Shipping was surprisingly fast and the product quality was on point – my research is showing promising results. Customer service was right there when I needed them – hit them up with a few questions and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit steep. But hey, you get what you pay for.

Yo, I gotta say, SwissChems has some killer stuff. I ordered Phenibut from them and damn, this sh*t’s fire. It was packed good and came in pretty quick too.
